Tharun De Silva is the founder of Kairos, an early childhood education technology platform built for Sri Lankan pre-primary and early learning centres. A pre-primary school teacher and business graduate, Tharun created Kairos after seeing the gap between the digital tools available in modern early learning environments and the support many educators and children still lack back home in Sri Lanka.

His work focuses on reducing educator documentation pressure, improving family communication, and bringing ethical, human-centred AI into early childhood education.
